All orders are shipped. Collection is not available. Calculated shipping costs are shown in your quotation.
Which dimensions and tolerances should I provide?
Check the dimensions in millimetres. Specify critical dimensions, fits and functional requirements in advance; tolerances are agreed for each order.
What if I do not have a 3D file?
Send a drawing or photo with dimensions. For an existing part, we can quote scanning and the required model preparation.
When does production start?
After you accept the full quotation and agreed specifications. The displayed production time excludes shipping.
